Show progress on boards and queues
Show "3 of 5 done" in a Jira field so it appears on boards, queues and filters.
- Open Settings, then Jira and data, then Jira fields and Automation.
- Add the "RequestOps progress" field to your board cards or queue columns in Jira.
- The number updates when items are marked done. It may take a minute on busy sites.
What you should see
Cards or queue rows show checklist progress after the request is checked.
If something is not right
The column is blank. Check that the request has an active checklist and has been evaluated. Allow time for field updates.
