Tell customers when a fix is done

1. Open the work item that was fixed. The section "Requests waiting on this" lists linked requests, for example "14 requests from 6 customers".
2. Choose "Tell them it's fixed", edit the text and confirm.
3. A public comment is posted on each request, up to 50 at a time. No request is told twice.
4. In Settings, then Messages, then Nudges and messages, you can turn on "Tell waiting customers when linked work is done".

What you should see

The selected waiting requests receive a public comment explaining the fix.

If something is not right

Only some requests were told. Review the outcome and per-request errors. Check permissions before resuming incomplete work.
