Schedules and renewals
Create repeating work and renewal requests before they are due.
- Open Playbooks, then Schedules.
- Choose "Add recurring work". Pick a space, a request type, a summary and how often it repeats. The summary can include the month, quarter or year.
- Choose "Add a renewal". Pick the end date field to watch, and how many days before it to create the renewal, for example 90, 60 and 30.
- "Coming up in the next 30 days" shows what RequestOps will create soon.
- Each renewal is created once, even if the date changes.
What you should see
Coming up shows the expected work; created requests link back to the schedule.
If something is not right
Expected work was not created. Check the schedule is enabled, next date, required fields and creation permissions before attempting recovery.
