The Waiting on page

1. Open Waiting on. "All" shows four short lists: Teams, Approvers, Vendors and Customers.
2. Each list shows the 5 that need attention most, worst first. Choose "See all" under a list to open the whole group.
3. There are four lists because each group is measured in its own way: teams and vendors by the dates they kept, approvers by who is away, and customers by how healthy the account is.
4. Use the buttons at the top, All, Teams, Approvers, Vendors and Customers, to see one group at a time.
5. Insights, then Waiting, shows the numbers over a period. Waiting on shows the people and teams your requests wait on now.
6. Press G, then W, to come here from anywhere.

What you should see

You can see which team, approver, vendor or customer needs attention first, and open the whole group.

If something is not right

A list is empty. Nothing waits on that group right now, or you cannot open those requests in Jira. Check your Jira access to the spaces involved.
