Import from another app

Bring your checklists, journey templates, saved replies and business hours from the apps you used before.

ForJira admins

Before you startChoose the source app and review the import preview before confirming.

  1. Open Settings, then Jira and data, then Import.
  2. Choose the app you used before: Smart Checklist, Checklists for Jira, Issue Templates, Canned Responses, or Timepiece and Time in Status for business hours.
  3. RequestOps reads the data already stored in your Jira and shows a preview, including anything it had to shorten.
  4. Check the preview, then choose Import. Nothing is deleted from the old app.
  5. If you choose "Copy the done items too", RequestOps marks the same items done on at most 200 work items. A bar shows the progress.
  6. Turn each imported checklist on when you are ready.
Settings, then Jira: import from another app. Example data.

What you should see

Imported drafts can be reviewed and activated; the original app’s data remains available.

If something is not right

Some rows could not be imported. Read the row-level errors and any shortening notices. Correct the source or mapping before importing again.
