See pending approvals
One list of every approval that is waiting, and who holds it.
- Open Waiting on, then Approvers. "Pending" lists each request, its approver and how long it has waited.
- The longest waits are at the top.
- Click an approver to see everything they hold.
- Choose "Nudge" with the approver's name, such as "Nudge Lena". If they are away, the nudge goes to the person who covers for them.
What you should see
You can open an approval, inspect its request and identify the next approver.
If something is not right
An approval is missing. Check the selected view and Jira access. Completed approvals are no longer pending.
