Create a checklist

1. Open Playbooks, then Checklists. Pick a space.
2. Start from a template, or choose "Create from scratch" and add items one by one.
3. Choose the request types it applies to.
4. Turn the checklist on. Until you do, nothing changes in Jira.
5. The "Blocked work" template counts once every work item linked as "is blocked by" is done. To stop closing while it is open, add the validator to the workflow transition.

What you should see

Matching requests show the active checklist and required items contribute to progress.

If something is not right

The checklist does not appear. Check that it is turned on for this space and request type, then check existing requests from Get started.
