Items RequestOps marks done for you

1. In the checklist editor, add an item and choose what it watches, for example "Field filled" or "Approval".
2. RequestOps marks it done as soon as Jira shows it is true, and opens it again if that changes.
3. Other kinds watch a linked task, an attachment, a customer reply, a date or an outside sign-off.
4. Click "Why?" next to a done item to see what marked it done and when.

What you should see

An item changes as its chosen condition becomes true or false.

If something is not right

An item remains open. Open Why? and inspect the watched field or linked work. A missing field cannot satisfy the condition.
