One-click links for people outside Jira

1. You copy the link and send it yourself, or post it in a comment that everyone on the request can see. It works once and expires after 7 days for sign-offs and 14 days for vendors.
2. Opening the link shows a confirm page. Nothing happens until the person presses the button.
3. The answer is added to the request as a comment and updates the checklist and the wait.
4. Sending a new link makes older ones stop working.
5. To ask for a sign-off, open the request and choose "Get sign-off link" on the item.

What you should see

The recipient can complete the offered action without a Jira account.

If something is not right

A link no longer works. Return to the request and obtain a current link. Do not reuse another request’s link.
