Start onboarding or offboarding
A journey creates the requests that several teams need to finish for one person.
- Open a request that matches a template. In its actions menu (…), choose "Start journey".
- Pick a template, such as Onboarding or Offboarding.
- Confirm. RequestOps creates the tasks, links them together and shows progress on one tracker.
- If a task could not be created, the tracker says so, with a button to try again.
- Customers see only the steps you mark as visible to them.

What you should see
The tracker links created tasks and shows which steps are waiting or complete.
If something is not right
A step could not be created. Read the tracker’s error, correct access or required fields, then use its recovery action without starting a duplicate journey.
