Build a journey template
A template lists the requests to create, who owns them, when they are due and what must finish first.
- Open Playbooks, then Journeys, and choose "Templates".
- Add a step for each request. Pick the space and the request type.
- Set the due date in working days before or after the start date.
- Choose which steps must finish first. A step that depends on another starts only when the earlier one is done.
- Changes apply to journeys that are already running, from the next step that is created.

What you should see
A saved template can start a journey with the intended tasks and dependencies.
If something is not right
A later step never starts. Inspect the earlier steps it depends on and any task-creation error shown by the tracker.
