Business hours
Count time only while your team is working, so nights and weekends do not look like delays.
- Open Settings, then Time, then Business hours.
- Search for your city or country and select its time zone. Groups show places with the same time now; each place keeps its own seasonal rules.
- Choose the site’s work days and hours. A new calendar suggests your device’s time zone; it does not replace an existing choice.
- Add the holidays your team does not work, one date at a time.
- Changes save as you make them. Until you save hours once, reports count calendar time.
- Turn on "Business hours" in Insights to see times without the gaps.
- Waiting times, the "Usually done by" date, nudges and legal deadlines all use these hours.

What you should see
The saved site calendar shows your selected city and the hours used for working-time calculations.
If something is not right
Cities have the same time today. Choose your own city or country. Groups mean the same time now; each location keeps its daylight-saving rules.
