Teams you wait on

1. Open Waiting on, then Teams.
2. Each team shows how long its tasks usually take, its "Promised time" and how many tasks finished on time in the last 30 days.
3. A Jira admin can set the "Promised time" in working days for any team, and choose a team contact.
4. Open a team to see its open tasks and how long they have waited.
5. When a team sets a due date on its task, that date becomes the promised date for your request.
6. Insights, then Waiting, then "Other teams" shows how long requests waited on each team.

What you should see

The team view shows its open tasks and how often promised dates were kept.

If something is not right

A team is missing. Inspect linked work and its space. A request must wait on an identifiable team to appear here.
