What data RequestOps reads and stores

RequestOps runs on Atlassian's cloud. Review stored data and the information you choose to share.

ForEveryone; Jira admins inspect stored data

Before you startUse Privacy and data for the site’s available export and deletion controls.

  • RequestOps reads requests, comments, statuses and fields needed by its features. Interactive views follow your Jira access; enabled background actions use the app.
  • RequestOps stores and processes app data within Atlassian. It never calls an AI service outside Atlassian; the optional Rovo agent uses your Atlassian Rovo access.
  • It stores app settings, checklists and journey templates, vendors and campaigns, a small record on each request in Jira, and each person's own choices.
  • Customers see only what you choose to share with them.
  • Settings, then Jira and data, then Privacy and data, lists what is stored.

What you should see

You understand the app’s stored data and the audience for shared content.

If something is not right

You need a copy of stored data. A Jira admin can use the export in Privacy and data. Review the downloaded file before sharing it.
