Choose and run a campaign
Collect access decisions or policy acknowledgments from a group and track what remains.
- Open Playbooks, then Campaigns, and choose "Create campaign".
- Choose "Access review" to review group membership, or "Policy acknowledgment" to collect confirmations.
- Use Next to review the audience, owners, first round’s date, due time and destination work types.
- Choose "Save campaign". It starts on the configured date; choose "Start round" and confirm "Start now" to begin immediately.
- Open the round to inspect progress and the requests created for participants.

What you should see
The campaign shows its audience, progress and outstanding work.
If something is not right
A participant has no task. Inspect campaign progress and any creation error before creating another campaign.
