Reviews and deadlines
Access reviews
Ask each owner to confirm who should still be in a group, and keep the proof.
- Open Playbooks, then Campaigns, and choose "Create campaign". Pick "Access review", then the groups and who reviews each one.
- Choose when rounds start, their due time and the destination work types, then choose "Save campaign". Choose "Start round" to begin now.
- RequestOps records who is in each group and creates one review request for each reviewer.
- The reviewer chooses "Keep" or "Remove" for each person. A note is needed to remove someone.
- When the reviewer submits, RequestOps creates a task for each removal. When the person is out of the group, "Removed" shows "Verified".
- Open the review and choose "Download spreadsheet (CSV)" or "Download data file (JSON)" for your auditor. Under "For auditors", each file has a verification code that shows the file was not changed.

What you should see
Each decision is recorded, removal tasks are tracked, and review results can be exported.
If something is not right
Remove is not marked Verified. A removal decision creates work; it does not itself remove group membership. Complete the task and check the membership.
