Policy acknowledgments

1. Open Playbooks, then Campaigns, choose "Create campaign" and pick "Policy acknowledgment".
2. Add the policy title and link, and choose the group that must read it.
3. Set the first round’s date, due time and destination, then choose "Save campaign". Choose "Start round" when you want to begin immediately.
4. Each person sees the request with the link and one button: "I have read and understood it".
5. RequestOps nudges the people who have not answered, on the days you choose.
6. Jira admins see names and can download the results.

What you should see

The campaign distinguishes people who acknowledged the policy from those still waiting.

If something is not right

A participant cannot read the policy. Correct access to the policy’s destination. Receiving an acknowledgment request does not grant that access.
