Nudge slow approvers
Nudge approvers who have not answered after a number of days.
- Open Settings, then Messages, then Approvals. Turn on "Show who covers", then "Nudge slow approvers".
- Choose Edit to set "First nudge after" and "Escalate after", in working days. It saves as you change it.
- Nudges arrive in the approver's working hours.
- Nudges stop as soon as the approver answers.
What you should see
Eligible pending approvals are nudged; completed decisions stop further messages.
If something is not right
An approver received nothing. Check the approval is pending, its age in working days, working hours and any current cover.
