Ask Rovo "Why is this request slow?"

Rovo explains where a request spent its time, in one short answer.

Before you startOpen a request with recorded waiting history.

  1. Open a request in Jira and open Rovo.
  2. Ask "Why is this request slow?".
  3. The answer lists who held the request and for how long, and what it waits on now. For example: "Waiting on the customer for 3 days, on Finance for 2 days".
  4. It uses the same waiting time as Insights, and only requests you can open in Jira.
  5. It runs on your own Rovo credits. RequestOps does not call any other AI service.

What you should see

The answer explains where recorded waiting time went and who holds the request now.

If something is not right

The answer has little history. Open History and Waiting to inspect the available data. Missing history cannot support a complete explanation.
