The Rovo agent

Ask Rovo what is waiting on you. It runs on your own Rovo credits.

ForUsers with Rovo and access to the requests

Before you startOpen Rovo and choose the RequestOps agent.

  1. Turn on Rovo for your site in Jira, then open Rovo and choose the RequestOps agent.
  2. Ask "Which requests are waiting on me?". You get the same list as "Waiting on me" in Requests, longest waiting first.
  3. It also lists your approvals, and your own requests where a nudge is due.
  4. Ask "Why is this request slow?" on a request. The answer comes from its waiting time: who held it and for how long.
  5. Rovo can also check a request for you. It uses your Jira permissions, so it only sees what you can see.
  6. RequestOps does not call any other AI service.
