Wait on a vendor until a date

1. Open the request. In its actions menu (…), choose "Wait on a vendor".
2. Pick the vendor and the "Promised date", then choose "Start waiting".
3. The request leaves "Needs you" on Home and comes back on that date.
4. If the vendor answers sooner, the request comes back at once.

What you should see

The request records the vendor wait and returns when due or when the vendor responds.

If something is not right

The date is wrong. Review the promised date and site timezone before confirming. Open the vendor wait to correct it.
