Configure report targets and team grouping

Choose the targets and grouping used to explain service performance.

ForJira admins

Before you startKnow the SLA targets your service uses and the field identifying teams.

  1. Open Settings, then Reports.
  2. Review the SLA targets and the Jira field that identifies teams.
  3. Read each option’s explanation before changing it.
  4. Return to Insights and inspect the named SLA, scope and comparison.

What you should see

Reports use the configured targets and team grouping.

If something is not right

Teams do not appear as expected. Check that the chosen field is populated on requests in the selected reporting scope.
