Plan and reports
Plan details and the renewal report
Atlassian doesn't tell apps your plan or price. Enter them once, and Seatwise shows savings, price steps and a one-page renewal report.
- Open Settings, then “Your plan”. Copy the details from your last invoice or quote.
- Under “Billing”, choose “Annual” or “Monthly”. Enter the “Price per seat each month” and pick the currency.
- For an annual plan, add the “Renewal date” and the “Price steps (users)” from your quote, for example 100, 200, 300.
- Choose “Save settings”.
- Home now shows “Price step at renewal”: how many fewer people you need to pay for the next lower step.
- On a monthly plan, the tile is “Paid seats this month”. Every seat you free lowers the next bill.
- The cleanup preview also shows the yearly saving and the price step after the cleanup.
- Choose “Renewal report” on Home, or on a cleanup result.
- The report shows “Seats freed”, “Saving a year” and “People with Jira now”, with a row for each month.
- Choose “Download PDF”. Your browser's print window opens. Choose “Save as PDF” as the printer.
- Money figures are estimates from the price you enter. Check your Atlassian bill for the real amount.
What you should see
Home, the preview and the renewal report show savings in your currency and your next price step.
If something is not right
The report shows “–” instead of money. No seat price is set. Add it in Settings, then “Your plan”, and choose “Save settings”.
You see “Enter the price you pay for one seat each month, for example 8.60.” Enter a number above zero in “Price per seat each month”.
You see “Enter at least one price step, for example 100, 200, 300.” Annual plans need the user steps from your quote. Separate them with commas.
