RequestOps Terms of Use (End-User Agreement)

1. Parties. These terms are between the organisation that installs RequestOps (“you”) and Unitlane Apps, operated by Jonas Nilsson, a sole trader in Sweden (“we”). By installing or using RequestOps you accept them on behalf of your organisation.

2. The app. RequestOps is an app for Jira and Jira Service Management Cloud that shows what is left on a request and who it is waiting on, lets your people Ask customers and Nudge people or teams, and gives managers Insights. It runs on Atlassian Forge.

3. Licence. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use RequestOps for your internal business on the Atlassian sites where it is installed, for the licence term and user tier you purchased through Atlassian Marketplace, or for the free tier (up to 10 users) and trials we offer. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer (except where the law allows), or use it to build a competing product.

4. Fees. Paid licences, trials and renewals are handled by Atlassian Marketplace under its terms and the price shown on the listing. Taxes and refunds follow Marketplace rules.

5. Your responsibilities. You decide how RequestOps is configured and what your people send. Review each message before sending. Make sure you have the right to process the personal data in your Jira site and that your use follows your own policies and the law. Keep your Jira permissions correct: RequestOps follows them but cannot replace them.

6. What RequestOps does not do. It reads and writes only what Jira lets the acting person (or, for features an administrator switches on, the app) read and write. It does not guarantee that a customer, person or vendor receives, reads or answers a message, that a deadline or SLA is met, or that a request is complete. Waiting information is based on your Jira data and your rules and can be wrong or incomplete. RequestOps is not legal advice, a compliance certification or a tamper-proof record.

7. Data and privacy. See the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum. You own your data. We do not receive it in normal operation.

8. Support. As described on the support page (https://unitlane.net/legal/requestops/support).

9. Availability and changes. We aim to keep RequestOps working but provide it “as is”. Forge, Jira or Atlassian outages are outside our control. We may change or retire features with reasonable notice through the Marketplace listing.

10. Warranty and liability. To the extent allowed by law, we give no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for RequestOps in the 12 months before the claim (for free use, SEK 0 / EUR 0). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for intent or gross negligence.

11. Term and ending. The licence lasts until it ends or you remove the app. We may suspend use for serious breach or non-payment through Marketplace. On removal, see the Privacy Policy for what remains in Jira and in Atlassian’s retained storage.

12. Governing law. Swedish law applies, without its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the courts of Sweden (Stockholm District Court unless the law requires otherwise). 13. Contact. [email protected]
