Request Evidence Control is a Forge app for Jira Service Management evidence review. It is designed to keep proof limitations visible while using Atlassian-hosted runtime and storage.
Data handling summary
The app stores review and evidence-pack metadata needed for the customer's JSM evidence workflow. Account identifiers may appear in retained source records, reviewer activity, exported pack metadata, and Jira delivery metadata when the customer uses those features.
Privacy reporting
The Forge app implements Atlassian's Personal Data Reporting API for stored account identifiers. Closed accounts are redacted from stored pack and source metadata where supported, and updated accounts retain account ID for future reporting while display fields are cleared.
Boundaries
The app does not claim to reconstruct unavailable historical group membership. Missing or unavailable sources are carried forward as limitations so reviewers can see what was not verified.
