These terms apply to the public website, public documentation, and Unitlane software products. Product-specific documentation may add operational details without replacing these terms.
Each Unitlane product is governed by its published scope. For example, Group Impact Audit for Jira provides read-only analysis and evidence generation. It does not modify Jira permissions, groups, users, roles, or schemes.
Customers retain rights in their customer data, exported evidence, and other materials they submit to or generate through the service. Unitlane may process customer data only to operate, secure, support, and improve the services in line with the applicable documentation, privacy policy, and governing agreement.
Unitlane retains all rights, title, and interest in the services, software, documentation, branding, and related materials except for the limited rights expressly granted to customers to access and use the services.
Where a product is sold through Atlassian Marketplace, trial periods, billing, renewals, taxes, and license state are governed through Atlassian's purchasing and licensing flow. Continued access to paid features may depend on a valid active license.
Unitlane may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the website or services over time. Product pages and guides are the best source of truth for current scope, supported outputs, and current limitations.
Unitlane may suspend or limit access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment where applicable, legal compliance, or protection of the service. Customers may stop using the services at any time, including by uninstalling the product where applicable. Access may also end when a trial expires or an applicable paid license ends.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an as is and as available basis. Unitlane does not warrant that every scan, export, or workflow will detect every risk, run without interruption, or fit every environment without customer review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unitlane will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Unitlane's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the greater of the fees paid for the relevant service during the 12 months before the claim arose or SEK 1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Support, legal, and operational questions can be sent to [email protected]. Unless a separate written service level commitment is agreed, published support pages describe the current public support path but do not create a guaranteed response SLA.
